This is the full visual standard for Be Happy Retired — the colours, the type, and every building block a page is made from. Warm, happy, senior-friendly. A friend’s home, never a clinic.

2. Typography — one font, Georgia
Body text is Georgia at a generous size with line-height 1.8 — large, airy, and easy on older eyes. One font everywhere: no creative font display, no mismatches. Warm charcoal on parchment, never harsh black on white.
Italic, for emphasis and quotes.
3. Background & corners
The whole site sits on warm parchment (#FAF4EA) — never clinical white. Every corner — images, cards, quotes, buttons — uses one consistent 12px radius. Consistency, always.
4. The building blocks
Pull-quote
“Joyful living in retirement, I’m learning, rarely looks the way I expected.”

5. The “monastery → happy” checklist
- A warm hero image with a face or a real place?
- Colour on the page — an accent, a quote block, a button?
- Large, airy text (18px+, line-height 1.8)?
- The wall of text broken by an image or pull-quote every few paragraphs?
- Does it feel like a friend wrote it — warm, alive, personal?
All five “yes” → it’s on-brand and ships. Any “no” → fix it first.
